Go to Monetization FAQIf you've completed an offer but haven't received your reward within 24 hours, you can submit a ticket with proof and our support team will check it.
Here's how you can submit a ticket:
1. Open ZoneLab Offerwall.
2. Go to the My Activity tab.
3. Click on the Apply for Missing Reward button.
4. Fill in as much information as possible and include relevant screenshots. The more information we have, the better we can assist you.
5. Click on Submit.
You can expect a response within 7 business days.
If your reward is pending, it means that we didn't find any valid completion on our side and we have contacted the advertiser for further investigation. We will keep you updated.
You can apply for a missing reward only if the offer has a status of "Clicked".
Before submitting a ticket, please make sure the following conditions are met:
1. At least 24 hours have passed since you completed the offer.
2. You completed the offer within the time specified in the offer description. The default completion time is 30 days unless stated otherwise.
3. You completed the offer correctly and met all eligibility requirements shown on the offerwall.
If you can't find the offer you're looking for, please contact the app or website where the offerwall is displayed.
